Eyeballs!

To get into the Halloween spirit, I decided to make eyeball cookies. They turned out great. Thanks Tammie for the recipe!

Recipe:

1 package of oreos-crushed (my favorite is the chocolate filling)

1 package of cream cheese

Mix together, I use a food processor, and roll into balls. Put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

1 package of chocolate chips (I used white chocolate)

Melt chips in microwave and let chocolate cool. Dip cookies in chocolate, let harden. (I keep them in the fridge) and enjoy!
